 HOW ARE MULTI ROOM TENTS FOR CAMPING DIVIDED?

The tent is divided by canvas walls with zippers. This allows for a multi room tent with living room and private bedroom.

WHAT IS THE MOST POPULAR OPTION OF A MULTI ROOM TENT IF LIVING IN A TENT FULL TIME?

Camping tent 2 room. Many individuals use the primary living area and add on 1 extra room. The extra room is used as a sleeping area or for a cooking area.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR MULTI ROOM TENTS FOR CAMPING?

Starting price for a 10 x12 main tent is $650 and add on room is $500. Prices increase based on size of tent. 

WHERE ARE THE EXTR ROOMS LOCATED?

Extra rooms can be located at the front or back of tent. Extra room has a zipper entry to the main tent. 

ARE LARGE FAMILY TENTS WITH ROOMS AVAILABLE?

A 16X20 and a 16x24 are the large family tent with rooms model. With add on rooms these sizes would easily house 8-10 people. There would be ample space for a tent with 2 bedrooms and a living room.

I have had numerous customers send me photos of living in a tent year round. All 4 seasons with snow 2 feet deep.

WHAT IS THE SLEEPING CAPACITY OF EACH EXTRA ROOM?

Each add on room for a 8x10, 10 x12 and 12x14 has a sleeping capacity of 3. Larger tents sleeping capacity is 4.

IS A  MULTI ROOM TENT WITH PORCH AVAILABLE? 

Yes.  The porch is 8' long and the width of the tent.  Front will be open with full side walls. Popular options are camping tents 2 room and a porch.  

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF OUR CANVAS WALL TENT MULTI ROOM TENT VS  SYNTHETIC CAMPING MULTI ROOM TENTS? 

 Wilderness wall tent multi room tent advantages over a normal camping multi room tent:

1. Spaciousness:  Larger and more spacious than regular camping tents. The added space allows for more comfortable living arrangements. The wilderness tent can be a family tent with rooms for a living space, sleeping area and a kitchen for cooking.  The presence of one or two bedrooms can provide needed privacy for occupants. The larger wall tents make living in tent much more enjoyable. Our largest outdoor living tents are 16 x20 and 16x24. 

2. Height and Standing Room: Higher ceilings and more standing room compared to traditional camping tents. This added height can enhance the overall comfort and convenience of outdoor living tents. 6' side wall is best option for more headroom in a tent.

3. Durable Construction:  Wilderness tents are designed with more durable materials and sturdy frames, making them more suitable for extended or repeated use. This durability will contribute to a longer lifespan compared to normal camping tents.

4. Tents you can live in year round:  Wilderness wall tents are designed for four-season use, meaning they can withstand a variety of weather conditions, including cold temperatures and snow. Long term living in a tent requires a multi room tent that a person can depend upon regardless of the season.

5. Customization Options:  Offers more customization options, allowing users to add features like wood stoves, flooring, and other amenities to enhance the camping experience. This level of customization is often not available with standard camping tents.  Wilderness camping tent with screen doors in the front and the back is an option. Living in a tent full time requires outdoor living tents to be able to add on required features to handle all 4 seasons.

 Many individuals who order the wilderness multi room tent plan on living in a tent full time. Living in a tent full time can be very enjoyable as long as you know in advance what your challenges are and you are prepared. I live in a tent 6-8 weeks each year. Every year I learn a little more, Rich.  Some challenges are listed below.

1. Weather Conditions: Outdoor living tents provide limited protection against extreme weather conditions. Harsh temperatures, heavy rain, strong winds, and snow can make living in a tent uncomfortable and even dangerous if not prepared.

2. Limited Comfort: Tents offer minimal space and amenities. Lack of insulation, proper flooring, and furniture can make it difficult to create a comfortable living environment. Multi room tents with bedrooms and living room is recommended if comfort and privacy are major concerns. Living in a tent long term requires 5' tent side walls at a minimum.  A 6' side wall option is available.  Being able to stand up in multi room tents for camping is a must.  Being bent over in small tents is not enjoyable.

3. Security Concerns: Outdoor living tents offer little security compared to traditional housing. They are vulnerable to break-ins. Outdoor living tent campers may feel exposed to potential dangers depending upon location.

4. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining personal hygiene can be challenging without access to proper bathroom facilities and running water. 

5. Storage Space: Tents have limited storage capacity, making it challenging to keep personal belongings organized and secure.The wilderness camping tents 2 room or 3 room option is necessary if much storage space is required.

6. Access to Resources: No access to electricity, clean water, and cooking facilities pose challenges for daily living.
