Each Hunter pyramid tent is priced below retail. The Hunter pyramid tent is often called a Single Pole Tent or Range Tent. Pyramid tents or range tents are good for summer camping. Additionally these single pole tents are great backyard tipis for children.

Double Fill - Army duck. Highest quality canvas made. 10.1 sunforger water and /mildew treated. Fire treated pyramid tents also available , see table below.
One pole set up is much faster to set up than wall tents.
Ring on top of pyramid tent, you can tie pyramid top to a tree limb - rope included
Top is enclosed - not open like a tepee.
Stake in floor or sewn in waterproof brown vinyl floor. Specify when ordering If not specified when ordering a stake in floor will be shipped.
10" sod cloth for pyramid tents without a floor.
Standard sizes are 8x8, 9x9, 10x10 & 12x12. 12x12 pyramid tent is max size recommended due to all the weight of the tent is supported at the peak.
Inverse T style door - heavy duty YKK #10 zipper with sewn in floor option.
With the slope of the walls of a pyramid tent - we do not recommend a window due to the possibility of leaking when it rains.

RECOMMENDATION: Using a pyramid tent in heavy snow it is best use a rope through the roof opening and tie the rope to a tree limb which will reduce the amount of snow on the tent. Remember, the snow load on a pyramid tent has all the pressure on the pyramid tent peak.
Optional stovejack will be a minimum of 48" from a corner for heat stand off requirements.
